2. Our Products and Services
We sell study material for CBSE students of Classes 8, 9 and 10, including notes, important questions and practice material (the “Products”). We also offer Maths classes (the “Services”). Most of our Products are digital, such as PDF files, and are delivered online.
3. Who Can Buy
- You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. If the student is under 18, the purchase must be made by a parent or guardian.
- You must give correct and complete information when you place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so that we can deliver your Products.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time without notice. The price you see at the time of your order is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking.
- We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your order is confirmed only after your payment is successful. If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually returned to your account by the bank or payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days.
5. Delivery of Products
- Digital Products are sent by email, WhatsApp or a download link, usually within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your Product. If you still do not receive it, contact us at rajandokania01@gmail.com or on +91 9560462145 with your payment details.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our Products are digital and cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are generally final. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when a refund or replacement is possible, and it forms part of these Terms.

All notes, questions, solutions, designs, text, logos and other content on our website and in our Products belong to Maths By Rajan and are protected by copyright law. When you buy a Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may not:

- Upload our Products to any website, app, social media group, Telegram or WhatsApp group
- Edit, translate or use our Products to make your own material for sale
- Use our name or logo without our written permission
If we find that a Product has been shared or sold without permission, we may stop access without refund and take legal action.
8. Use of the Products
Our Products are made to help students with their studies. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but we do not promise any specific marks, rank or result. Your child’s results depend on their own effort, practice and other factors outside our control.
9. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Try to hack, damage or disturb the website or its security
- Give false information or use another person’s payment details without permission
- Send harmful software, spam or abusive messages through the website
We may block anyone who breaks these rules.
10. Classes
If you join our Maths classes (online or offline), the following apply:
- Fees must be paid in advance, as agreed with us.
- Students are expected to attend regularly, follow discipline and complete the work given.
- We may change class timings, batches or teachers when needed and will inform you in advance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Maths By Rajan is not responsible for:
- Any indirect or accidental loss or damage that results from using our website or Products
- Delays or failures caused by things outside our control, such as internet problems, payment gateway issues or technical faults
- Any loss caused by sharing your account, email or download link with others
Our total liability for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
12. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as Razorpay for payments and WhatsApp or email for delivery. We are not responsible for the actions, delays or policies of these third parties, but we will try to help you if a problem comes up.
