This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how and when you receive the notes, important questions and practice material you buy from Maths By Rajan.
1. Digital Products Only
All our Products are digital study material for CBSE Classes 8, 9 and 10, such as PDF notes and question sets. We do not ship any physical goods. Because of this, there are no shipping charges, and nothing is sent by post or courier.
2. How You Receive Your Product
After your payment is successful, we deliver your Product online in one of these ways:
- By email, sent to the email address you gave us while buying
- By WhatsApp, sent to the phone number you gave us while buying
- By a download link shown or shared with you after payment
3. Delivery Time
- Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of successful payment.
- In many cases, delivery is much faster.
- Orders placed late at night, on Sundays or on public holidays may take a little longer, but they will still be delivered within 48 hours.
4. Delivery Charges
There are no delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay, and no extra fee is added for delivery.
5. Where We Deliver
Because our Products are digital, we can deliver anywhere in India and in other countries, as long as you have internet access and a working email address or WhatsApp number.
6. Please Give Correct Details
Please enter your email address and phone number carefully while placing your order. We cannot deliver your Product if the details are wrong or incomplete. We are not responsible for a Product sent to the wrong email or number because of a mistake in the details you gave us.
7. If You Do Not Receive Your Product
If you have not received your Product within 24 hours of payment:
- Please check your spam or junk folder in your email.
- Check that you have enough internet and storage to open and save the file.
- If you still cannot find it, contact us at rajandokania01@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 9560462145 with your name, phone number, Product name and payment details (such as the Razorpay payment ID). We will send your Product again as soon as possible.
8. File Problems
If the file you received does not open or is not the Product you bought, please tell us within 7 days of payment. We will send you the correct working file within 2 working days.
9. Classes
Our Maths classes do not involve any shipping. After your fees are paid, the class details and timings are shared with you by phone or WhatsApp.
10. Use of Your Product
Our Products are for the personal study of the buyer only and must not be shared, forwarded or resold. Please read our Terms and Conditions for details.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
