Thank you for choosing Maths By Rajan. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before you buy our notes, important questions, practice material or join our classes.
1. No Refund Policy
All our Products are digital study material (such as PDF notes and question sets) that are delivered to you online. Once a Product is delivered or the download link is shared with you, it cannot be returned. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. No Cancellation After Payment
Once your payment is successful, the order cannot be cancelled. Please check the Product name, class and details carefully before you pay. If you have any doubt, please contact us before buying and we will be happy to help.
3. Class Fees
Fees paid for Maths classes (online or offline) are non-refundable. Fees cannot be returned if a student leaves the class midway, misses classes, or changes their mind after joining.
4. Exceptions
We will fix the problem or return your money only in these cases:
- Payment deducted but Product not delivered: If money was deducted from your account but you did not receive your Product, we will send the Product to you. If we are unable to deliver it, we will refund the amount.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake, we will refund the extra amount.
- Wrong or damaged file: If you received a wrong Product, or the file is corrupted and does not open, we will send you the correct working file within 2 working days.
To ask for help under these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
5. How to Contact Us for an Issue

- Your name and the phone number you used while buying
- Name of the Product you bought
- Date of payment and Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number
- A screenshot of the payment confirmation and a short description of the problem
6. How Approved Refunds Are Paid
If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the same account or payment method you used to pay. After we approve it, the amount normally reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
We cannot give a refund in these cases:
- You bought the wrong Product or changed your mind
- You already received and opened the Product
- The Product did not meet your expectations or you did not get the marks you hoped for
- You bought a Product that was already available to you
- The file was shared with others or used against our Terms and Conditions
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
